Support Manager

Trondheim, Norway

To support the substantial growth of the company, we are now adding a dedicated Support Manager to our team.

The support manager will work on the basis of our ticketing system responding and helping customers solving their challenges.

Our expectation is that this position will be able to solve problems on a relatively complex level. Full training will be provided to ensure the necessary competence level i achieved.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a customer support position, show excellent interpersonal skills, have great communication skills, and be driven and motivated by customer success.

This position is located in Trondheim, Norway.

Task & Responsibilities

  • Maintain the support ticket flow using the support system
  • Respond to and solve support cases related to our products and services
  • Establish SLA policies
  • Potentially be on-site with customers assisting with install/setup of our technology
  • Maintain and develop FAQs
  • Perform failure analysis on products with reported problems

Must have

  • A solid wish to help customers succeed with our products and services
  • Technical understanding and interest
  • Excellent verbal/written English
  • Active listener and team player
  • Able to maintain simultaneous tasks active

Nice to have

  • Customer Relationship Management expertise 
  • Relevant experience from the aquaculture / subsea industry
  • Software coding knowledge
